Returns & Exchanges
For purchases made on or after 2/2/24, I accept returns on full price products within 5 days of the customer receiving the item. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, no use, no defects and no smells. Shipping cost, and transaction fees will be deducted from refunds on returns. All sales on discounted bags or custom items are final.
Salish Leathercraft is not responsible for returned packages or packages that are lost in transit. If a customer refuses delivery, any fees associated with or charged by the shipping provider as well as any other fees incurred and a $10 restock fee will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer. This also includes any shipping charges. If a package is lost in transit, please contact me and I will help start a claim or locate mail inquiry with usps.
Guarantees
All of my items are handmade with care. I guarantee my craftsmanship and materials from defects outside normal wear and tear, such as loose rivets, broken hardware, or ruined exterior bag seams, for one year from purchase date. (zippers are not included in warranty) (warranty applies to original owner, but if you acquire my bag on BST and something happens that would be under warranty, please contact me to discuss)
Contact me with any questions on repairs and warranty at salishleathercraft@gmail.com. If a repair is not possible, and the bag is returned, inspected, and determined to have an irreparable defect, a pro rated return based on actual time in use vs. one year guarantee may be granted. All repairs and warranties will be determined in my sole discretion.
